A mark looks wrong
Use “Report unfair marking” on the result screen for that question. It tells us the subject, paper and score without sending your answer, unless you tick the box to include it. Marking is AI-assisted and can be wrong — a valid point the marker missed is exactly what we want to hear about.
Premium, billing and refunds
Payments are handled by Gumroad. For a refund or a billing problem, contact Gumroad support or email us. If Premium is not showing on a new device, use “Already subscribed? Activate Premium” with your license key. Include the license key when you email us about Premium — never your card details.
